The Vice President, Field Engineering is a front-line leader responsible for managing Halcyonβs Solutions Architects supporting Strategic and Enterprise accounts across the US and Canada. This role combines deep technical leadership in endpoint security and ransomware resilience with proven experience building high-performance teams and scaling technical sales processes. This leader will directly manage a team of Solutions Architects and will spend ~30% of their time actively supporting key sales opportunities and escalations, while dedicating the majority of their focus to coaching, process improvement, training, and building repeatable excellence in field engineering.
